Thank you for participating in helping sponsor a wedding for a couple in need. Below we are sharing their story.
Tizku L'mitzvos!
Tzvi Mordechai S. is the 4th of 7 children to get married. His father learns and his mother is a teacher. His father was sick with cancer twice, one time requiring a bone marrow transplant. In addition, one of his sisters had cancer as well and was hospitalized for a year in a different city, undergoing treatment and many difficult surgeries. Their oldest son (now Baruch Hashem married) was born very early weighing just 570 grams. He required extensive medical care throughout the years, and this added to their expenses.
They do not even know where to begin with the wedding expenses and have asked for help the alleviate some of the stress.
With impoverished kids stuck at home, leaving parents unable to go to work, the loss of income makes an already difficult situation even worse. No money to buy food or pay the electric bill makes summer unbearable. We can bring relief.
Costs of dairy prices in Israel are higher than ever. Help poor families in time for Shavuot and they'll be able to have traditional foods on their Yom Tov tables.
If there's no money in the home to pay for food, there's no money to buy school supplies. We give kids-in-need the opportunity to buy new supplies, so they can start their school year off with dignity-just like everyone else.
Donate to a struggling divorced mother in urgent financial crisis and know that through your generosity one more Israeli family will celebrate a festive Shabbat with chicken on the table.
This fund was established to help orphan brides & grooms in need, by supplying them with brand new basic appliances, so they can set up their homes just like anyone else.
