American Friends of Yad Eliezer now partners with B'ezri
Always thinking ahead, American Friends of Yad Eliezer/B’ezri is once again partnering with Temech to help women pave the way towards brighter futures for themselves and their families.
Temech recently launched a new, specialized course for graphic designers who are working in print, but want to transition to the digital world. Their UX/UI curriculum will train students to become proficient in the fields of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design, which will open up new avenues for career growth. Upgraded skills translate to an increased client base and more lucrative projects, with double the benefits: a boost in professional expertise as well as income.
American Friends of Yad Eliezer/B’ezri is committed to taking an active role in facilitating initiatives such as this one, as education is a critical step in the path towards solid employment that provides stability for families, helping them steer clear of the poverty cycle. To that end, our Job Training program is granting financial aid for twelve women in the course, ensuring they can take advantage of this valuable opportunity. With the high costs of living adding strain to families’ budgets in most aspects of daily life, the fees would have otherwise been out of reach.
We wish the students the best of luck in their studies and career paths. Thanks to vital donor contributions that make funding of these initiatives possible, we also look forward to helping additional students in the future reach new heights!
