Who Knows 2.95 Million?
We do-and we're distributing it for Pesach!
Monday, April 03, 2023Two point nine five million are the dollars we are distributing to thousands of needy families in 60 cities and communities throughout Israel, for Pesach!
We are doing it! Thanks to the generous tzedaka of American Friends of Yad Eliezer/B'ezri's donors, thousands of families in need can shop and plan for their Pesach seders and the duration of the chag with menuchas ha'nefesh (calmness, peace of mind). They are so grateful they can make purchases that would otherwise be out of reach. Via supermarket gift cards and bank transfers, our incredible Pesach campaigns are helping:
900 Almanos and their 6,000 children with an extra $600 each, in addition to their monthly stipends, totalling $1.25 million dollars
4,000 needy families from all walks of life including single mothers and Meron families, with $1.2 million dollars
