Twinning Celebrations in Manchester, England

Yad Eliezer's volunteers the world over, work hard to constantly raise awareness about our life-changing, poverty-fighting programs. Their tireless efforts help bring in so many donations from amazing donors, which translate into crucial help: food, kids' winter coats, baby formula, mentorships, and much more, for thousands of people in need, every day.

A recent example comes from Manchester, England. Last week The Point venue at Emirates Old Trafford hosted a huge Bar/Bat Mitzvah and wedding expo. Vendors displayed their flowers, wedding dresses, bands, and other products to attendees who came to find merchandise and services for their simchas.
  
Simcha at a New Level

Yad Eliezer's volunteers were there as well, with a beautiful display, explaining all about our Wedding and Bar Mitzvah twinning programs, which offer the perfect opportunity for Simcha-makers to bring an added dimension to their celebrations. The chance to bring joy and relief to a needy new couple struggling to make their wedding, or to a bar mitzvah boy from a poor family who isn't able to afford tefillin, brings their event to a whole new level.   
 
Over four hundred people attended the Manchester expo, where a Yad Eliezer informational video was screened, and donation booklets were distributed to attendees, to place on their simcha tables when the time arrived.
People even donated straight to Yad Eliezer at the event itself, showing us once again how generous and important our donors are. Volunteers and donors are what help us at Yad Eliezer do what we do!
